Christmas Eve at Grandpa Joe's House

Noah is ready for presents too

Eli is playing with a decorative deer, I'm not sure why. Grandpa Joe does not have any toys at his house so a deer was the best thing, all of the kids played with it.

Julianna opening up her baby doll, one of two that she got for Christmas

Cousin Melanie playing with Eli. He loves for her to tickle him.

Cousin Wendy looking cute, especially with one of Aunt Becca's bows in her hair.

Cousin Claira looking cute too in one of Aunt Becca's bows. She looks just like I did as a little girl.

Pajama Party!

The Harber family at Noah's school for pajama day, mommy and daddy did not wear our pajamas.Noah and his teacher, Mrs. Nicole, in front of the classroom Christmas tree.

Noah, Julianna, and Eli in front of the Christmas tree. Can you believe that they are all looking at me and Julianna is still in the chair? That is some quick camera action I tell you.

Who are you talking to sweet girl?

This is Jackson, Noah's best friend.

Point of Grace Concert

Our choir had the awesome opportunity to sing with Point of Grace during their Winter Wonderland tour stop in Memphis. They came to my church, Faith Baptist, and were so great. My cousin, Melanie, and I teach the Youth Creative Movement Team and they got to perform the song "O Holy Night" with POG. I was so excited about this concert from the minute I heard they were coming and that we were singing with them. I have followed POG since I was in high school and have sung many of their songs. They are the sweetest group of women and have such a love for the Lord that shows. We had fun with them during practice while they were joking around with the choir and the creative movement team. This was definitely an opportunity of a lifetime and something that I will never forget.

This is the entire choir with Bro. Terry Easley, our Minister of Music, and Point of Grace. If you click on the picture you can see me. I'm on the first row on the floor next to the last person on the right side past Leah from POG.

A close up with Bro. Terry and some of the wonderful men in our choir

POG's violinist, she was awesome

They also had a new guy named Ronnie Freeman on this tour. He was an amazing singer.

The Creative Movement Team with POG and the Faith Celebration Choir. We have 30 girls this year, which is the most ever and a little overwhelming at times. I have been teaching this team for 6 years and I was so proud of this group of girls that night.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the Harber's

We had fun this week decorating the house and tree for Christmas. I know it sounds like an old Christmas song, but it truly is my favorite time of the year. I got married at Christmas time and I'm one of those crazy people that really could listen to Christmas music year round.

John did such a great job decorating the house. This is the first place we have ever lived that we decorated outside. He could not get up high enough, without killing himself, to do the other point of the house. The picture really does not do it justice the lights are so pretty. We will definitely add more stuff next year. That's the best picture I could get with my camera.

Noah lost his first tooth

Noah is officially a big boy now losing his first tooth. It has been loose now for about a month I guess and I had really forgotten about it. The other night he was brave enough to let Poppie pull it out for him. He was scared that it would hurt but he came running in with tooth in hand and said that it did not hurt at all. Thanks Poppie because that just grosses me out to even look at it. So we asked around about the going rate for the Tooth Fairy and the rate is $5 for the first tooth and $1 for each tooth after. WOW, the Tooth Fairy sure has raised her prices over the years. He was excited to look under his pillow the next morning to see his own $5 waiting for him. He decided that he would buy a Transformer with his money from his tooth combined with money from his birthday.

Showing off his tooth

Look at that hole. He already has two big teeth coming in behind. The tooth to the left of the hole is also loose.

Christmas Programs

The boys have been busy singing their little hearts out. Last Sunday night they sang in the children's program at church. It was so cute! Noah and Eli were little shepherds and messed with their costumes more than sing. Then on Tuesday night Eli had his program at his preschool.

Is that not the sweetest face? He was so proud of himself and happy that I was there front and center to take pictures of just him.

This one is a little blurry but I thought it was so sweet.

I just love that sweet face.

Noah is playing with his costume and Eli is pondering something deep I'm sure.

I do not know why Noah is the only one with his mouth wide open. Maybe he was yawning.

Look at my boys praising our Lord. That melts a momma's heart.

Eli waving at momma and Noah messing with his costume yet again.

This is the entire group. The children's choir is in red on the sides and the 4-5 yr old choir was in the middle. It was such a cute musical.
