I'm so bad about keeping up with my blog lately. I've been so busy this summer during the day with the kiddos and I've been busy at night sewing. Yes I'm learning to sew and I will show all of you what I've been up to as soon as I catch up on some posts.
At the last minute John needed to stay home and get some work done so the boys stayed home with him. I love him working at home and being his own boss it has opened up a whole new world of flexibility for our family. So I talked to my mom about going to Nashville with me and she agreed. It was a fun day with just us girls on the road to see Dr. Kelly.
Her appointment went great and he is very pleased with the way her head is healing. He is still concerned with the gaps and holes in her skull that have not filled in yet. But he said that he wants to give that time to fill in and he does not want to see us again for a year. YAY!!!! I still can not believe that it has been over a year since her surgery and that she is turning 2 in October. Seriously where does the time go?

She looks so grown up in these pics Becca, I just can't get over it. So glad the appointment went well and that you don't have to go back for a year! That is such wonderful news. Will pray that the areas close on their own that are still not fused together :)
